Student Financial Aid Information

  1. Complete the FAFSA
    • First, create your FSA ID.
    • Begin filling out your FAFSA.
  2. Complete the Iowa Financial Aid Application.
  3. Check out your specific college’s scholarship website and complete the application. Here are a few links:

    • University of Iowa Scholarship Application Portal
    • Iowa State University Scholarship Application website.
    • Iowa Central has this form to complete for general scholarships as well as a website full of scholarship opportunities that you can apply for.
  4. Don’t forget to look into local scholarships. Stop by the counseling office at the high school if you need:

    • Transcripts
    • Help or have questions!
