Families new to the district should contact central office at 319-643-7213 or email Laura Gongora at lgongora@west-branch.k12.ia.us to begin the process of enrolling your students.

E-Registration will be available starting August 1st.

  1. Update demographics and parent permissions through PowerSchool WEBSITE ONLY.
    • PowerSchool App (for viewing student information only, registration not available through PowerSchool App):  The recommended approach for parents/students accessing PowerSchool, for our district, on the mobile app is through the “Where’s my District Code?” link on the sign-in screen in the mobile app.  Please see the steps below.
      1. From the mobile app, click “Where’s my District Code?“.
      2. On the menu that opens, click “Enter Server Address“.
      3. In the Server Address box enter the following:  westbranch.powerschool.com
      4. Click continue.
      5. Login using your credentials.
  1. Pay school fees online through Make A Payment or pay by check via the Instructional Fees Form.
  2. Print and complete forms below, as needed.

For additional registration assistance or families new to the district, the district will host walk-in registration from 12-7 p.m. on August 10th at the elementary and middle-high school offices.
